Description

The Weeping Willow lives in its Swamp of Despair, crying out in anguish year-round as it mourns planetary cycles of pain. In Fall, the Swamp dries as the tree heaves its final wails before its depressive Winter hibernation. In Spring, bubbles of babbles begin to wet the sorrowful salt flats, the Salix Babylonica’s salinic bawling soon becoming a deluge of day-round wailing as our Weeping Willow floods the Swamp of sadness back to the brim with its brackish blubbbering.

Our Weeping Willow collection honors our Earth by upcycling thrifted and rescued garments into this signature line of sad little caricatures. Every piece is hand-printed using hand-carved printing blocks, hand-selected secondhand clothes, and hand-sewn patches made from rescued, recycled, and upcycled material.
